
Dr Eltahawy started practicing in 2005 after completing a fellowship in spine surgery at Wayne State University, fellowships in neuro-oncology and functional neurosurgery at University of Toronto, a clinical and research fellowship in London, United Kingdom and residency in neurosurgery at Ain Shams University. He believes in using the finest technology to provide the best plan suited to the needs of each individual patient. Having served as the President of Michigan Association of Neurological Surgeons and an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Wayne State University, he has mentored and trained many neurosurgeons that have established successful careers in helping their patients and serving the communities.

Dr. Karthik Yadagiri, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), is dedicated to helping individuals regain mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. With over 20 years of experience in physical therapy, Dr. Yadagiri has worked in various clinical settings, including outpatient orthopedic clinics, hospitals, and sports rehabilitation centers. His expertise lies in treating orthopedic conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system, such as joint injuries, spine disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Dr. Yadagiri holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Utica College, NY, and a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Biomechanics from the University of Central Arkansas. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from NTR University, India. Additionally, he is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
Specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy techniques, injury prevention, post-surgical rehabilitation, functional movement assessment, chronic pain management, vestibular rehabilitation, work hardening, TMJ management, and sport-specific movement analysis and conditioning, Dr. Yadagiri is committed to providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs.
His approach to patient care is holistic and patient-centered, creating personalized treatment plans that address individual goals. Through evidence-based practice and compassionate care, Dr. Yadagiri empowers his patients to take an active role in their recovery journey. To stay at the forefront of his field, he regularly pursues continuing education courses and engages in research activities. He is also a capstone coordinator for South Asia for Rehab Essentials and the University of Montana, integrating the latest advancements in physical therapy into his practice to deliver optimal outcomes for his patients.

Ashra Mirza is an FNP with a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life. She is board certified with ANCC and earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Oakland University for Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining the Enhance family, Ashra worked 5+ years for Neurosurgery for complex spine and trauma giving her a broad knowledge of the brain and spinal cord injury patients, along with complex spine patients' needs and post-operative patients.
Working in surgery, Ashra has a great understanding of the spectrum of treatment including conservative treatment, invasive procedures vs open surgical options. In addition to her Bachelors in Nursing, Ashra also obtained a Bachelors in Psychology. This base gives her added insight into the patient mindset and mental health, esp for patients undergoing traumatic events.
Additionally, Ashra has 6+ years working closely with patients in surgical and trauma ICU providing a greater supportive relationship with her patients. Her history of working in ICU as a nurse has combined now with her years of working as a nurse practitioner in both the acute hospital setting and outpatient clinic setting to provide great interpersonal communication, empathy, and knowledge to provide the best care of patients.
Ashra also has first-hand experienced being involved in a roll-over accident, prompting her the understanding and compassion to relate to patients' needs and concerns. During Ashra’s personal time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, friends, and her newest family member, her cat. She enjoys cooking and would take any opportunity to travel. Her favorite trip is to Arizona to hike.

Kristina Sangalang was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, where her journey in health and wellness began. A Division II student-athlete at San Francisco State University, she competed on the Women’s Swimming team and earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement. Originally aiming to become a physical therapist specializing in sports medicine, Kristina’s passion for patient care led her down a different path.
In 2009, Kristina relocated to Michigan to attend nursing school at Madonna University. She went on to work at the University of Michigan, where she spent 11 years caring for bone marrow transplant and malignant hematology patients.
Her time there inspired her to pursue advanced practice, aiming to make an even greater impact in her patients' lives. She graduated from the University of Michigan where she earned her MSN followed by a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She is board certified through ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. While at Michigan, she also earned recognition as the 2020 recipient of the prestigious Josephine Sana Humanitarian Award and Scholarship.
Kristina joins our practice after working as an NP in hematology and oncology, bringing her expertise in managing complex acute and chronic pain. Her comprehensive oncology experience and kinesiology background enhances her ability to care for a diverse patient population with compassion, skill, and an emphasis on quality of life.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys reading, season tickets to Michigan Football, traveling, running, and spending time with her husband and two young boys.

Jennifer Martin PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant. She finished her Bachelor of Applied Science degree at Siena Heights University, Adrian MI. She then completed her graduate degree Physician Assistant and Master of Science at the University of Detroit Mercy. Jennifer is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Jennifer’s career started as a respiratory therapist during this time she knew she had a deeper calling in the medical field to help others which led her to her role as a physician assistant. With this, she has had the opportunity of working at a busy teaching institute as a physician assistant allowing her to treat various medical departments initiating and evaluating instrumental workups for patient care.
She has over seventeen years of medical experience as a physician assistant with seven years specializing in pain management. She has knowledge of diagnosis and treatment plans related to acute and chronic pain conditions. Jennifer understands treating pain requires patience, empathy and skill. She is committed to providing high-quality patient care and improving their quality of life. When not working she enjoys yoga, travelling, photography, and spending time with family and friends. She is a passionate animal lover and enjoys spending time with her two Yorkies as well as volunteering. Jennifer maintains memberships with the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Stephanie George is an FNP who is board certified through ANCC. Stephanie obtained a bachelors of science in nursing through Grand Valley State University. She then went on to work as a registered nurse on an orthopedic, neurosurgery, and trauma unit. Stephanie returned to University of Detroit Mercy to complete her Masters of Science in nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program, allowing her to learn comprehensive care across the lifespan.
Stephanie's experience working post-operatively was focused on helping patients heal from total joint replacements, neurosurgical spine procedures, and traumatic fractures. This experience has allowed her to recognize the importance of the comprehensive care needed to adequately treat various pain conditions and injuries. Stephanie is dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to patients, focusing on holistic and integrative approaches to improve quality of life.
In Stephanie's free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends, family, and dog Penny.
